Ryan Debin specializes in commercial real estate capital markets, however his knowledge of residential real estate dates back to his sophomore year at Boston College when he began renting apartments to fellow classmates.
Ryan purchased the company where he started as a leasing agent, The Next Move Realty - a small real estate office with a 15 year history of servicing prospective renters and landlords in the Brighton/Newton area. Today, Ryan is the Principal Broker of TNM Realty and has transformed the company into a full service firm assisting in all aspects of real estate including: leasing, selling, managing and investing. In addition to his real estate work, Ryan is a Playspace Activity Leader at a children's homeless shelter in Boston, where he volunteers every week. He is also an active member of Horizons for Homeless Children's Policy & Advocacy team and has run eight (8) consecutive Boston Marathons, raising money for the fight against child homelessness.

Wally Zainoun recently acquired TNM Realty and serves as president of the company. He brings extensive executive experience with multinational corporations and a proven leadership record. Wally spent 25 years at Abbott Laboratories (NYSE:ABT), most recently serving as Managing Director, International Operations, and Director for  Business Development and Acquisitions. In 2002, Wally left Abbott and established Allied Business Group Inc, a nationwide-operated business brokerage firm located in Newton, Massachusetts. He also owned and managed real estate properties and projects over the past 15 years in the Boston and Chicago Areas. Wally holds a BA in Finance and an MBA in Business Strategy. He taught management and Finance for undergraduate at American University. Wally is a member of the Real Estate Board of Massachusetts (MBREA).

Anyone who knows Amy Butterworth knows her as a born leader; she has always made the extra stride to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Meg is a junior in the Honors Program in the Art and Sciences college at BC. She is studying political science and is particularly interested in election politics. Although she had pretty much planned on law school all through college, she's recently been flirting with business school as a means to get into the operational aspects of political campaigns. Meg is from Chicago, a.k.a. the greatest city in the world, and although she has been spoiled rotten by Boston, she thinks she'll end up back in the Windy City after she graduates next year.
